Week 7 Day 3
Boy Puppies
This is my final posting of pictures and comments for these puppies. They have been total sweethearts. The videos this week were taken right after I gave them their food, so some have slightly wet faces (I still mix water with their food). Their vet check ups were today and everyone did great on their way to the vet, which was their first car trip. They continue to be large, gorgeous, and very relaxed puppies, though they have definitely gotten much more energetic the past week and a half. They love to play now. Also, they are much more difficult to video because they want to be right next to me (or on my lap).

Week 5 Day 5
I am mostly through with the personality testing and expect to post results either Tuesday or Wednesday. Unfortunately, these puppies are incredibly similar in all of the major categories so far so the videos and comments will probably help more. Again, these are gorgeous, big, laid back puppies. They are starting to develop more distinct personalities, which will show up both in the comments and in the videos. Enjoy!

Week 5 Day 2
These are the sweetest most relaxed puppies! They love being held and petted and absolutely love spending time with me (obvious in the videos). They are big and beautiful with thick coats. From what I can tell, they are going to look like their father. I have begun their personality testing and will try to have it up by Tuesday or Wednesday, even though choosing for this group will begin on Friday (though you can select early if you know your choice).

Week 4 Day 3
Tizona's puppies are gorgeous! They all seemed to love to pose for me as well. They are big, have the desired thick chests, and it looks like many are going to have their father's wavy coat. They also have fairly significant coloration which will look beautiful as they get older (see the picture of Asteroid on the home page for what this will look like). As a group, they are very relaxed now, which will be obvious in their pictures. They are still young, but these are some of the best looking puppies that I have seen and they all seem like they will have fantastic personalities. Enjoy!

Boy Puppies
They have names! The puppies are all doing great and growing well. This is the first day that they have had their names so we don't have individual comments yet. As a group, they continue to eat and sleep most of the time. The pictures were taken during their nap time so you will see a lot of sleepy puppy pictures. They continue to have beautiful wide muzzles, nice coats, and good frames. Hopefully, our next pictures will be when they are awake and that we will also be able to tell you more about each of them.

Week 3 Day 2
The puppies are continuing to grow like crazy. They are huge and beautiful--and sometimes a mess. They have begun eating and sleeping in their food bowl so they will get the food on them. It is actually quite cute, but their little faces will have a lot of brown on them. Today's pictures feature two puppies with the least amount of browning:) They are all walking around fully now so I will find them everywhere.
Week 2 Day 3
Tizona's puppies are now walking around. It is so cute because their bellies are so big and round that they hardly seem like they should stand--they should just roll wherever they want to go! All of the puppies are now eating solid food. They have not discovered their water yet but that will happen sometime this week too. They will be getting their names next week so one more round of group pictures before their individual pictures start.
Week 2 Day 3
The puppies are big and fat! Tizona obviously has a lot of milk. Her puppies are laid out, sleeping, a lot of time. I think they are milk drunk! They have opened their eyes more fully now and are just beginning to crawl. I have to help them get there, but they do eat solid foods already (though just nibbles). They look like they are going to big and beautiful. I can't wait to see them in 2 weeks when they begin to hit their really cute stage.

Tizona's puppies continue to grow quickly and are still bigger than Orcrist's (who are 4 days older). I know that Tizona is nursing them really well and both are very content. These should be some fantastic, thick bodied dogs when they grow up.
The puppies response to neurological stimulation is fairly typical. I have 1 that has a higher startle response, 2 that squirm and the rest are very relaxed. That will give a good mix of personalities to choose from later on. As you might guess, they spend almost all of their time eating and sleeping.

Week 1 Day 3
Tizona and the puppies have had a great week. The puppies are all growing well, nurse well and move around as they should. They have been getting their neurological stimulation since day 3 and this is an active group (for Tizona). That said, they are still going to be very relaxed. They love being held and will melt in my hands.

Day 3
Tizona and her puppies are both doing very well. Unfortunately, Tizona laid on one of her boy puppies and when I got him out (10-20 minutes at the longest) he was already limp. So now we have 6 boys. As you can see from the pictures, they are all very large puppies (they are actually about the size of Orcrist's which are 5 days older). Tizona is still in colostrum so they are still nursing every chance they get. Today her milk should come in and that will be nice for them.

Sorry for missing my post yesterday. We have both been extremely tired taking shifts checking on the puppies every 1/2 hour at night.
Tizona ended up having 9 very large, healthy puppies. She is doing well and the puppies are nursing well. She has 2 girls and 7 boys based on my first look. I will try to get pictures later today (it is 4:30 am right now). Six as of 8:00. Five puppies as of 7:00. Tizona began having puppies today at 2:00. As of 6:00 she has 4 and we expect her to have several more. I will keep you posted as often as I can.
