One of the fun features of our puppy program is that our families get to watch their puppies as they grow! Regularly updated pictures are posted showing them interacting with adults, older dogs, cats and children.

Health Care
Each puppy comes with a documented vet check. Current vaccinations and de-wormings are listed on a health chart to be included with puppy paperwork. AKC registration also includes micro-chip enrollment with AKC Reunite.
Socialization
Our quality puppies are born with all possible care for them and their mother. They are delivered in a baby pool with soft blankets and a heating lamp. From days 3 to 18 of their life, they complete an Early Neurological Stimulation {Super Dogs} program. Neurological Stimulation was developed by the US military to enhance the intelligence, temperament and trainability of their dogs. Neurological Stimulation
As soon as the pups can walk, they are introduced to outdoor and indoor life by experiencing new surfaces and noises. Additionally, we condition them for possible experiences in their new homes and at the vet. At 3 to 4 weeks real food is introduced to our pups. They are typically weaned between weeks 6 and 7 but will retain contact with their mother and our other dogs until they go to their new homes. During feeding time we play the a Puppy Racket CD to expose them to sounds so they will not be intimidated by the noises of the world. At 6 weeks they begin crate training and are temperament tested. Test results and individual puppy pictures are posted in the nursery at that time. We send puppies to their new homes as soon as they reach 8 weeks of age but can keep them if necessary and prior arrangements have been made.

Supine position: hold puppy for 3-5 seconds on it's back.
Tactile stimulation: tickle one puppy paw for 3-5 seconds. We rotate paws every day.

Head held erect: hold puppy upright for 3-5 seconds.
Thermal stimulation: place puppy on cold towel for 3-5 seconds.

Head pointed down: hold puppy upside-down for 3-5 seconds.
Result: happy, intelligent puppy.
