Adoption Stories
I have consistently received comments from our puppies new homes. With permission, I have begun to add comments from these families.
Gimli-Daisy 2015
Gimli is now 11 weeks and weighs 16 lbs! He is a great eater and is almost completely house trained. He has learned how to sit. He went to the vet this morning and is perfect in every way. He is a celebrity everywhere he goes! He has his first puppy class play date this weekend. We just adore him so much. He is such a sweetie and is truly a member of our family!

Avedis (Hershey)-Orcrist 2015
He is such an amazing dog. Zildjian was not even close to being as good of a puppy as Avedis is. You can definitely tell the pure bred blood line. He never chews anything but toys. He goes to crate when we turn off lights and he cries and grabs his babies when we wake up or come home. It is the sweetest thing ever. He is going to be bigger than Zildjian. He is a little love bug and so beautiful and sweet and calm-natured. He is very submissive with other dogs but also doesn't allow nonsense. We love him so much. He adores Isabella.
Lilly (Starburst)-Orcrist 2015
Lilly was adopted to a military family. Here are some comments from the first couple of days and a video after she had been there for two weeks.
Very calm in car. Took her straight to the back yard where she ran around. Then I showed her the room with the crate. I showed her the living room and she ran back to her crate and curled up and went to sleep. Slept in the crate last night and didn't cry any. She was good on the trip the vet and well at the vet. She is playing with the Springer/Jack dog now. |

Peyton (Orcrist-2014)
Peyton is doing so well, and we fall more and more in love with him each day. Several people have recommended that we get him started with a therapy dog program, because he does seem to endear himself to just about everyone. He is a local celebrity at our boys school (we walk to school and he loves to join us), our UPS driver brings him horse-hoof clippings, and our neighbors even share his photos with their kids...I don't know how he does it, but he really seems to have developed quite a fan club! He does, however have a "naughty" streak--which delights the kids (He loves to find treasures in the trash-can and the dirty clothes hamper, and is definitely what you would call "food-motivated"). He was even caught one time, with all four paws on the kitchen table finishing off a chicken pot-pie (good thing he has so many redeeming qualities!) We really feel like it was a "meant to be" thing with Peyton--he has brought so much joy to our lives. He is calm, affectionate, smart, beautiful, and incredibly cuddly. I hope that all of your customers are as delighted as we are! Good luck with the your new website, and if we can help in any way, we would be more than happy to! Hope you and your family have had blessed Christmas, and thank you again for doing what you do--just think how much joy you have spread in the world!
